For Fleet Director's Eyes Only
The team sent in to destroy the Inspire's central computer located the unaccounted for crew member and the drift navigator's hard-light projection. Our working theory is that Raïsa was performing off-schedule maintenance during the detonation. Sasha 986's presence is more confusing, as she should have been on the bridge when the wave hit the ship.
Regardless, the wave seems to have successfully locked the drift navigator's processor in a null loop. Curiously, the timestamps on the logs date to several minutes after impact, implying it may not have been immediate. Verifying this does not seem possible as the logs are encrypted in an algorithm we have never seen before.
Unfortunately, Raïsa did not die when the wave hit. Her injuries are assuredly terminal, but the bureaucratic mess around this incident meant that we could not dispose of her in the moment. She is presently en route to the nearest hospital.
With your permission, I would like to tie up loose ends as elegantly as possible. We can leverage Raïsa's status as an organ donor to transfer her to the Digitization Program on a fast track to the Endeavour. A simple Personal Memory Deletion should keep things under wraps.
