What art program do you use?

Krita! I use the default "Chalk Details" brush.

Sometimes: Macromedia Flash MX.

What do you draw on?

Surface Pro 3 (2014) with Surface Pen (2017). It's a decade old tablet, but it's served me well.

Sometimes: iPad (9th Gen) with Apple Pencil (1st Gen). Generally used over SideCar as Krita does not (yet) have an iPad app.
